RETURN POLICY

At PixelPulse Tech, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products marked as final sale
- Digital products or downloadable software
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@pixelpulsetech.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.
