Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times:
- Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (domestic only)
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Customs & Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. PixelPulse Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
