How to Use Cleaning Swabs?

Dust off any hug loose dirt or particles from the sensor by using a professional air blower.

Take out carefully one sensor cleaning swab and spray a little cleaning liquid on the head of the swab.

Remember to Hold the plastic handle of the swab gently at about 60 degrees and swipe from the left to right on the sensor with constant motion;

Flip the swab 180 degree and swipe the sensor in the same direction using the other side;

Please note that the swabs are not reusable for sensor cleaning, though you may use that to clean other surfaces afterward like the keyboard or cellphone. Please always use the sealed swab for the sensor cleaning.

Preparation before cleaning

For reflex cameras (DSLR), make sure your camera’s battery is 100% fully charged,

Make sure to lock up the mirror before cleaning the sensor.
